NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
TO: THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by
the above named plaintiff against the above named defendants on
the -6~'-- day of June, 1979, in the above entitled Court, involving
the following described real property situate, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 8, Block 16, SURFSIDE UNIT II, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, page
8, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. ~ _
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose

that certain indenture of mortgage dated April 24, 1972, from
~ Carl F. Hartin and Virginia Martin, his wife, to Wayne Construction
Company, which said indenture of mortgage is recorded in OR Book
E
201, page 2295 through 2297, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
~ -
County, Florida, and was assigned September 4, 1973, to Patricia
F
A. Sines, by Wayne Construction Company, said assignment recorded in

OR Book 229, page 338 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, s
Florida; and further, on February 7, 1978, Carl F. Martin and Virginia

k Martin obtained a Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage recorded
in OR Book 281, gage- 1582 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; and thereafter Carl F. Martin conveyed his interest in the
property to Virginia Martin by warranty deed dated February 2, 1978,
and recorded in OR Book 281, page 1746, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
