SUBJECT to that certain First Mortgage executed by Robert B. Green,
III and Dolores R. Green,his wife in favor of Citizens Federal Savings
and Loan Association of St.Lucie County dated March 15,1974 and recorded
in O. R. Book 225,Page 128 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County,
Florida in the original amount of $20,000.00.
SUBJECT to that certain Second Mortgage executed by Robert B.Green,
III and Dolores R.Green,his.wife in favor of Citizens Federal Savings
and Loan Association of St. Lucie County dated June 20,1974 and recorded
in O.R.Book 229 at Page 192 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County,
Florida in the original amount of $13,000.00.
SUBJECT to easements restrictions and reservations of record and to
taxes levied subsequent to the year 1978.
and said grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the some against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
