TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER ~

THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court without notice on the Wife's i
Petition for a Temporary Restraining Order and the Court having heard the
testimony of the Wife and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is
HEREUPON ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband be restrained from
coming about, molesting, harming or harassing the Petitioner, the minor
children of the parties and the parents of the Petitioner, Mr. and Mrs
Gerard 0"Grady, with whom the Petitioner and the minor children reside at
180 SW Statler Avenue, Pt. St. Lucie,. Florida, and that the Husband be {
further restrained from coming about or entering upon,tiie property at
180 SW Statler Avenue, Pt. St. Lucie, Florida. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all and singular Sheriffs of the State of
Florida be ordered to render such assistance as is necessary to the Wife
to carry out the terms and provisions of this Order without further Order of
this Court.
