by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 22nd daY of February A.D., 19 78, and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St . LUC1 e
State of Florida, in 0. R. f3ook 282 Page 1023 .granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of FOUR MILLION FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND AND N0~00---

AND WHEREAS the said
HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership
requested the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem-
ises hereinaher described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum one dollar and other good and valuable consideration
dollars, to it in hand paid by the said
HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage,

Certificate of Amendment dated5/21/79 filed 5/24/79, recorded in O.R.
Book 309, pages 1149 thru 1173, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
