ASSIGNMENT OF JUDGMENT ~ ~

THIS AGREEMENT, made the ~ cry day of 1979,
between FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, hereinafter referred to as
Assignor, and CARL R. ASHTON and MARY JO ASHTON, his wife, here-
inafter referred to as Assignees, witnesseth:
WHEREAS Assignor, on the 22nd day of May, 1979, recovered
a Summary Final Judgment on a promissory note in Case No. ?8-498-CA
in the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida-against
INDIAN RIVER UTILITIES, INC., as the maker of said note and against
DWELL LOHMAN and TINA LOHMAN, his wife; CARL R. ASHTON and MARY
JO ASHTON, his wife, as guarantors of said note
NOW THEREFORE, Assignor for a valuable consideration, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby sells and assigns
to Assignees and their assigns said Summary Final Judgment and all
and every right of Assignor therein and thereto and any and all
sum and sums of money that may be due thereon.
The Assignor covenants that the full amount of said judg-
ment as set forth therein remains due from INDIAN RIVER UTILITIES,

IN WIT'tESS b"T?FREOF , said FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE has
caused these presents to file subscribed in its corporate name by
