The purpose of this assignment is to vest ownership of the undivided
one fifth(1/5) interest owned by the party of the first part in
and to the aforesaid mortgage deed intq the party of the second
part, in effect reversing the action of that certain assignment ;
recorded in O.R.Book 292, at page 1795 of the public records of
St.Lucie Co., Florida, with regards to the parties herein.
