MUCKENTHALER and NELLIE MUCI~NTNALER, his Wife, whose post office address is 1530 Avolencia Drive, Fullerton, Cali- fornia, hereinafter called the Grantors, and RICHARD L. MUCKENTNAI.ER, a married man, as his separate property, whose post-office address is 1318 West Katella Street, Anaheim, California, hereinafter called the Grantee: (Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal re- presentatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and ~ 4 y. ~ assigns of corporation).
