BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared ROSINA CARUSO MINCH, who upon being first duly '
sworn, did depose and say as follows:
That she is the unremarried widow of Philip
Charles Minch; that she and Philip Charles Minch were
continuously married from the time they acquired the
following described property, as husband and wife, on
January 14, 1970, until the death of said Philip Charles
Minch on May 13, 1978.
The property about which this Affidavit is made
is as follows:
Lot 17, Block 48 of PORT ST. LUCIE
SECTION 25, a Subdivision according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 13, Page 32, of the Public Records
G of St. Lucie County, Florida.
