by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 22nd day of February A.D., 19 78 . and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for tha County of ST . LOCI E
State of Florida, in 0. R. Book 282 Page 1023 ,granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of FOUR MILLION FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND AND NO/100------

ises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises .as the sum one dollar and other good and valuable consideration
