note shall be further modified to read amd include the following:
A late charge of X12.04 shall be added to each instalment
remaining unpaid seven (7) days after its due date, which
sum shall be added to each and every instalment which re-
mains unpaid seven (7) days after the due date of each
succeeding instalment.
(4) Except as herein expressly amended modified and changed, the terms
of said note and mortgage are hereby ratified, approved and confined.
EXECUTED this 2nd-day of May 1979 at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
