THIS INDENTURE, executed the 8th day of JUNE, 1979,

between GEORGE JONES, as Administrator of the Estate of
LAVETTA JONES, deceased, party of the first part, and ANTHONY

ARMSTRONG JONES, party of the second part, whose address is

W I T N E S S E T H: -
The party of the first part on the 8th day of JUNE, 1979,
pursuant to the Order of the Circuit Judge of Saint Lucie County,
Florida, dated the 8th day of June, 1979, and in consideration of i
