DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 11th day of June, 1979 and the Court - having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdcition of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife.now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is there- upon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MfARRIAGE. The marriage between MELVINA COLLINS and JOHNNIE COLLINS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from :he .bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between the parties and from the obligations arising therefrom. f 2. PROPERTY: That MBLVINA B. COLLINS is awarded the motor vehicle with ` ~7"'~nd the personal property that was and has remained in her ~ Licen~e~~. ~ possession during and since the marriage. 3.
