FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE _
This cause came on for trial the 11th day of June,l979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the re-
lation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should .be dissolved. It is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 2
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between CAROLY t
SORRELL and ALBERT D. SORRELL, JR, be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
t freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

E them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
{ 2. CUSTODY: Custody of THERESA SORRELL and MARK SORRELL

€ minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, ~

f CAROLYN SORRELL, with reasonable visitation rights reserved
to ALBERT D. SORRELL,JR. ~

3. SUPPORT: Support for the minor children .of the
parties is more fully set forth in the Property Settlement
Agreement incorporated herein by reference and the husband is
ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
g 4. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement admitted
into evidence and incorporated herein by reference sets forth ~
' more fully the division of property and the parties are ordere
to comply with the provisions thereof.
