June, 1979 , and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of i. the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUGDED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed -from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations € arising therefrom. 's 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JAMES K. GRAHAM, JR. and GEP.ALD B. GRAHAM, is hereby awarded to BETTY R. GRAHAM with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JAMES K. GRAiiAti. F ~ 3. PROPERTY. The Property Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. 4. JURISDICTION.
