4. RESTORATION OF NAME; PATRICIA A. DUNSHEE be and she is
hereby authorized to assume her former name of FATRICIA ANNE
LEONFORTE, and to use the same in all respects. as if said marriage
had not intervened.
5. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
