RICHARD W. FLEMING, Husband DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 12th day of June,
1979., and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and
should be dissolved: It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJE)DGED as follows:
1, DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the

obligations arising therefrom. -
2. CUSTODY. Custody of TRISTINE E. FLEMING, age 6 yrs.

and IAN W. FLEMING, age 4 years,

minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner,
~ MARIA A. FLEMIBIG with reasonable visitation

rights reserved to RICHARD W. FLEMING.
_ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ~ J day of June
lg 79~ RICIiARD W. FLEMING shall pay to
MARIA A. FLEMING the sum of $ 25.00 per week, per child for
the support of the minor children named above.
