TOMMY EUGENE DAVIS, Husband DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 11th day of June,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
• 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the

above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
~ parties and each_of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds

€ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
E obligations arising therefrom. '

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of REGINALD PATTERSOtJ, TANGELA DAVIS,

KIMBERLY DAVIS, SHERRI DAVIS and KELVEN DAVIS,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner,
~ MARGARET A. DAVIS with reasonable visitation }
rights reserved to Respondent, TOMMY EUGENE DAVIS.
3. SUPPORT. Co.~nmencing the ~
~ day of
3 19 79, TOMMY EUGENE DAVIS shall pay to
MARGARET A. DAVIS the sum of $75.00 for the support cf
the child(ren) named above, to be paid on a weekly basis.
