and run West on the South line of said lot to the right of way
of Federal Highway and thence Northwesterly along the said right
of way line 693.06 feet, more or less, thence East to the West
line of County Road right of way, thence South along said right
of way to South line of said lot. It being intended to describe
and satisfy mortgage on Tract 1 as shown on the survey map dated
May 14, 1959, prepared by James E. Brock, Registered Land
Surveyor, Florida Certificate No. 688 attached to the deed from
E. L. Firestone andothers to Milton Sirkin, Trustee, dated
October 20, 1959 and recorded in St. Lucie County records on
