the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED

in the public records of St. LUCIe County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 263 on page
2569 ,securing the payment of the sum of TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS AND NO/100 '

covering property in the County of ST. LUCIE ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced. by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby ~
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to ~
cancel the same of record. ~
