KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Jeffrey DOUglass
and Dianne L. Douglass, his wife dated July lb 1973. ,and recorded
in the public records of Saint Lucie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 216 on page
1536 ,securing the payment of the sum of Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars
and no/100------------- Dollars (S 19 800 00 ~
covering property in the County of Saint Lucie ,Florida, cloth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the ind4btedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim afl right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
