COMES NOW, the Personal Representative, WILLIAM W.
MAC CORKLE, by and through his undersigned attorney, and respect-
fully requests this Court enter its Order ordering the Personal.
Representative to execute a Personal Representative's Deed con-
veying the following described property to the beneficiaries
of the estate, to-wit: WILLIAM W. MAC CORKLE, ELEANOR M.
MAC CORKLE, MARGARET ANN CULPEPPER and ELEANOR M. LEITCH;
Lots 16 and 17, Block 1622, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION
SECTION 12, according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 5, Page lA of the Public Records of
Charlotte County, Florida,
and -
Lots 14 and 15, Block 50, PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 25,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 13, Page 32 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Further, Petitioner would request this Court to Order

the Personal Representative to have said Personal Representative's
deed recorded of Public Records in the respective counties in
