in appointment as ancillary personal representative because
said WILLIAM W. MAC CORKLE, was the domicillary personal represen-
tative as per the Last Will and Testament of the decedent.

this estate, subject to probate in the State of~Florida are:
Lots 16 and 17, PORT CY.ARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, Section ~
12, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in ~
Plat Book 5, Page lA of the Public Records of
Charlotte County, Florida.
and
Lots 14 and 15, Block 50 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION
25, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 32 of the Public }
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The approximate counbined value of the aforedescribed
properties is under $10,000.00. •
8. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 9.
9. An authenticated copy of the decedent's Will

probated in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and authenticated copies
of Petition for Probate and Order Admitting Will to Probate from
Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, are attached to the Petition to Admit
Authenticated Copies heretofore filed in this cause.
Petitioner requests that Decedent's Will be admitted

Personal Representative of the Florida Estate of the decedent.
