_ 1. KATHERINE FORTH MAC CORKLE, late of Midwest City,
Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, died on October 30, 1977, leaving
a Last Will, dated November 20, 1976, which was duly proved and
admitted to probate and recorded in the Probate Court of Oklahoma
County, State of Oklahoma, a Court of probate jurisdiction on the
28th day of November, 1977.
~ 2. That Will complies with the laws of Florida as to

(p form and manner of execution and devise of real property in this
~ County.
3. Duly authenticated copies of the Will and Petition

for Probate and the Order admitting Will to Probate are filed '
~ with this Petition.
4. The domicillary Personal Representative has been

discharged and there has been no probate of that Will in
Florida. _

WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks for an Order admitting the
authenticated copies of the Will, Petition for Probate and Order
Admitting Will to probate in this Court.
