I, KATHERINE FORTH MacCORKLE, of 424 West Fairchild Drive, Midwest City,
.j Oklahoma 73110, being of full age and of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, and
i~ereby revoke any and al,l other wills and codicils heretofore at any time made s i
' by me. ii
ARTICLE I ~
I direct that all my just debts and expenses of my last illness and
. funeral be paid by my Executor, hereinafter named, as soon after my decease as
may be practicable. ( ~

I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my 4
estate and property of every kind and description, real, personal and mixed,
wheresoever the same may be situated, now owned or hereafter acquired by me, ;
vested or contingent, to the following relatives of my deceased husband,
• namely, WILLIAM W. MacCORKLE, 504 S.W. 13th Street, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
33315, ELEANOR M. MacCORKLE, 303 E. Broad Street, Palmyra, New Jersey 08065,
MARGARET ANN CULPEPPER, 255 N.E. 40th Street, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 33334,
and ELEANOR M. LEITCH, 105 Elm Avenue, Langhorne, Pennsylvania 1°047, in
equal shares; PROVIDED that, if any of the above named persons should predeceases
• me, his share or their shares, as the case may be, shall be divided equally s
among the survivors of the above named persons.

I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my deceased husband's brother,
said WILLIAM W. ~tacCORKLE, Executor of this my Last (dill and Testament, and -
direct that he shall Dave full powers and be permitted to act in said capacity i
without bond or surety. 1
In the event said h'ILLIAM W. MacCORKLE fails to survive me, ur should be ~f
unable to carry to completion his duties as Executor of this my Last Will and s
Testament, then I nominate, constitute and appoint my deceased husband's s~
cousin, said ELEANOR M. LEITCH, to serve as Executrix in his place and stead,
with similar powers and without bond or surety. i~
