THIS CAUSE was heard before this Court on the. matter
of the probate of the Last Will of KATHERINE FORTH MAC CORKLE,
late of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and it appearing to the
satisfaction of the Court that the Last Will has been duly ~
admitted to probate and recorded in the .Probate Court in and
~ for the County of Oklahoma, State of Oklahoma, a Court of
~ ~
~ probate jurisdiction;-the Will complies with the laws of Florida
~ as to form and manner of execution and devise of real property in ~
this and all-counties in the State of Florida; the death of the
Testatrix occurred less than three (3) years ago; there has
~ been no probate of said Will in Florida; and that a duly auth-
enticated copy of the Last Will has been filed in this Court
for probate and record, accompanied by duly authenticated copies
of the Petition for Probate and the Order admitting them to
s -
probate in the proper Court of the domiciliary state, it is
therefore:
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Will, dated the 20th

day of November, 1976, admitted to probate in the District Court
of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, on the 10th c'ay of
November, 1977, is admitted by duly authenticated copies from that
