I, KATHERINE FORTH N.zcCORKLE, of 424 West Fairchild Drive, Midwest City,
•i Oklahoma 73110, being of full age and of sound and disposing Hind and memory,
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, and ~ ~
hereby revoke airy and all other sills and codicils heretofore at any time made 1
by me.

ARTICLE I

I direct that all my just debts and expenses of my last illness and i
funeral be paid by my Executor, hereinafter named, as soon after my decease as
may be practicable.
• ARTICLE II
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my i
estate and property of every kind and description, real, personal and mixed,
~.•heresoever the same may be situated, now owned or hereafter acquired by me,
- vested or contingent, to the following relatives of my deceased husband,
namely, WILLIAM tt. MacCORKLE, 504 S.W. 13th Street, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida _
• 33315, ELEANOR M. MacCORKI.E, 303 E. Broad Street, Palmyra, New Jersey 08065,
MARGARET ANN CULPEPPER, 255 N.E. 40th Street, Ft. Lauderdzle, Florida 33334,
and ELEANOR M. LEITCH, 105 Elm Avenue, Langhorne, Pennsylvania 19047, in
equal shares; PRO~~IDED that, if any of the above named persons should predecease
• me, his share or their shares, as the case may be, shall be divided equally
among the survivors of the above named persons.
ARTICLE III i

I hereby nominate, constitute and. appoint my deceased husband's brother,
said WILLIAM W. :[acCORKLE, Executor of this my Last-[:ill and Testament, and '
direct that he shall have full powers and be permitted to act in said capacity
without bond or surety.
In the event said WILLIAM W. MacCORKLE fails to survive me, or should be
unable to carry to completion his duties as Executor of this my-Last Will and -
Testament, then I nominate, constitute and appoint my deceased husband's
cousin, said ELEANOR M. LEITCH, to serve as Executrix in his place and stead,
f with similar powers and without bond or surety. '
