The undersigned, as guardian of the person and property of
HOYLE L. BENTON, SR., incompetent, alleges:

1. The need for the continuation of this guardianship no
longer exists by reason of the fact that HOYLE L. BENTON, SR., died
on February 23, 1979.

2. Petitioner files herewith a final return containing a ~
full and correct account of all receipts and disbursements of all of ~
the ward's property of which petitioner has control since the last
return filed herein, if any, or from the commencement of the admin-

istration of this guardianship if no prior return has been filed,
i
which return includes a statement of the ward's assets.
~ 3. Petitioner represents that true copies of the Petition
~ For Discharge of Guardian and Final Accounting and Notice of Hearing

5008 Shelbourne Road, Arbutus, Maryland, 21227, by certified mail, '
return receipt-requested.

4. Petitioner shows unto the Court that Petitioner did pay

5 to herself out of the assets of the Guardianship the sum of $395.00
on May 26, 1978, as reimbursement for personal monies of the Petitioner
paid for the benef-it of the ward. A copy of said receipts showing
