5. That the Petitioner did sell the trailer home of the ward ~
in September. of 1978 for the sum of $200.00 and the Petitioner does r
show the Court an appraisal of said trailer showing the value of the
trailer on the date of the sale to be $100.00, a copy of said i
~praisal marked as EXHIBIT "B" is attached hereto, incorporated here-
in and made a part hereof.
6. That the Petitioner does owe attorney's fees and costs to
BRAD CULVERIiOUSE, Attorney at Law, Chartered, and requests the Court
to determine a reasonable attorney's fee and costs.
7. That the Petitioner desires to be paid a reasonable fee
for her services as Guardian of the person and property of the ward
and requests the Court to determine the amount of said fee.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be entered
approving the Final Accounting, determining fees and costs for the
Guardian and attorney and releasing the surety on Petitioner's bond
~ from further liability, and ordering the monies remaining to be paid
i
to the heirs at law of the ward.
