I, C. W. RAPPOLD, II, do state on this 31st day of May,
1979, that I am familiar with the trailer owned by the late HOYLE
L. BENTON, during his life and that I am familiar with-and know what
condition said trailer was in, in September of 1978 and it is my
opinion that in September of 1978 the trailer owned by the late

HOYLE L. BENTON, was worth One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars. I am
presently the manager of Modern Trailer Home Sites, a mobile home
park, located at 657 North Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and
I have been involved in the mobile home industry continuously since
1953 and I do state further that I have bought and sold mobile homes
as a business and have appraised mobile homes for sale.
