IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN
I, ANNA DOBROVIC, of 2251 North Federal Highway, Fort
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, being of sound mind and memory,
and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life
do therefore, make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament as follows, hereby revoking all other and for-
mer wills by me at any time made.
FIRST: I desire and direct that all my just debts be
paid without undue delay by my executor hereinafter named and ap-
pointed.
SECOND: I give, bequeath and devise to my loving hus-
band, ANDREW DOBROVIC, all of my estate, real, personal and mixed,
of which I may die seized or possessed, wherever the estate shall
be situated, located or placed, but, in the event my husband shall
predecease me in death or in the event that we shall die simultan-
eously or as a result of a mutual accident or occurance, then, I

-give, bequeath and devise all of my estate, real personal and mixed
to my daughter, ANNE NORRIS, 3125 Silverdale Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio.

THIRD: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my hus-
band, ANDREW DOBROVIC, Executor of this My Last Will and Testament
and it is my will and desire that he be appointed, qualified and
authorized to serve as such Executor without any bond or security
required of him, but in the event my beloved husband cannot serve,
rt I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter ANNE NORRIS

as Executrix of this My Last Will and Testament and it is my will and

desire that she be appointed, qualified and authorized to serve as
