Box 734 Bennett Road, Ft. Pierce, Florida, died on May 24, 1979 at Fort Pierce,
Florida, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the name of the beneficiary of this astate, his
address and relationship to decedent,is:
