6. The Estate is not indebted. '
7. It is proposed that all probate assets of the decedent, including
ezempt property, be distributed or disposed of as follows:

- 8. After the-exercise of reasonable diligence, petitioner is unaware of
any unrevoked dills or Codicils of decedent.
Petitioner request that an Order of Family Administration be entered
directing distribution of the assets in the estate in accordance with the schedule
set forth in paragraph 7 of this Petition.
Under penalties of perjury we declare that we have read the foregoing and
the facts alleged are trrue, to the beat of our knowledge and belief.
