MOTION TO REINSTATE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
COMES NOW the Petitioner, SARAH E. PEEK LEE; a/k/a SARAH E.
PEEK LEE PATTERSON, by and through her undersigned attorney, and
moves the Court for an Order reinstating her as Personal Representative
of the Estate of Ruby Marshall, deceased, and as grounds therefor
will show:
1. That Petition for Final Discharge has been filed and
a copy of said Petition is attached and made a part hereof.
2. That subsequent to said removal, the Petitioner, SARAH E.
PEEK LEE, was sued in her representative capacity in the Estate of
Ruby Marshall, in case No. 77-471 CA in the Circuit Court of Saint
Lucie County, Florida.
