PETITION FOR FINAL DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
The Petition of SARAH E. PEEK LEE, for an Order of Distribution
and for Final Discharge as the Personal Representative of the
Estate of RUBY MARSHALL, deceased, respectfully shows: i
1. That the said RUBY MARSHALL, Deceased, died on May 12,
1970, and Letters Testamentary were issued to your Petitioner
on June 15, 1971, and thereafter, your Petitioner caused a Notice
to Creditors of said Estate to be published in a lawful manner.
2. The following parties filed claims as creditors of said
estate in the following amounts:

3. That Riverside Company merged with New South, Inc., by
agreement dated December 29, 1975, and recorded in O.R. Book 249,
5 Page 2476, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. _
3 4. That the claim of Riverside Company has been satisfied by a
foreclosure action in St. Lucie l'ounty Circuit Court, Case No. 77-471
C.A., styled NEW SOUTH, INC. vs. SARA E. PEEK PATTERSON and RUBY
FUSSELL, et al., in which NEW SOUTH, INC., by"ASSIGNMENT OF INTEREST
AND QUIT CLAIM, DEED" conveyed all its interest to SARAH E. PEEK
PATTERSON, the devisee herein.
