pursuant to thg 'order of the Circuit Judge of Saint Lucie County,
Florida, dated the day of June, 1979. and in consideration
of the pre,~ises and ether good and valuable consideration in hand
paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases and conveys
and confirms to the party of tre second part and to her heirs end
assigns forever, that certain real property situate in Saint Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described as (allows:
"Lot Hlock 3, SUhiNY ACRFS SUBDIVISION,
recorded in Plat Book 8, page 25, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida".
TOGETt~R with all and singular the tenements, hereditamenta
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertai:?~ing to that
real property.
TO HAVE AND TO MOLD the same to the party of the second part,
and to her heirs and assignB, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the
party of the second part, her heirs sod assigns, that in all things
