ASSOCIATION, INC. , anon-profit. corporation of the State of Florida. which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKI<WOOD PARK CORPORr.
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION, said Assignment neing recorded in Official Record Book 186.
Page 20~i5 in the office of the. Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County.
Florida.
Z. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit numoers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 300
Page 1460 ,Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. ,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lots 4 ~ S, Block 46, Unit ~
in the name of: Gabriel Romain
and now held in the name of: Edward O. & Susan P. LOVETT
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of said
