The Defendants have the right to file Affidavits on their behalf with the Court, and may appear personally or by way of an attorney and present testimony on their behalf at the time of the hearing set forth in Paragraph 1. In the event that the Court finds the Plaintiff entitled to possessio of the claimed property pending a final adjudication of the claims of the Parties, the Defendants may file with the Court a surety. Bond to be approved by the Court in the amount equal to the value of the claimed property. The filing of an appro- priate Surety Bond shall stay any Order authorizing the de- livery of the claimed property to the Plaintiff. 4. In the event that the above-named Defendants fail to appear, they shall be deemed to have waived their right to a hearing, and in such event the Court may order the Clerk of the Court to issue a Writ of Replevin.
