ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Wife's allega-
tions for temporary relief as alleged in the Counterpetition filed
by the Wife and the Husband's Motion for Return of Credit Cards
and Temporary Restraining Order, upon hearing argument of counsel
it is therefore,
ORDERED that each of the parties is hereby temporarily ~

enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying
the other, and further
ORDERED that the Husband shall pay as temporary support
for the Wife the sum of $125.00 per week beginning June 12, 1979,
i
and alike sum each succeeding week thereafter, and further,
i
' ORDERED that the Husband shall pay to the Wife's attorney,

EMORY C. TEEL, III, ESQUIRE of FEE, KOBLEGARD & TEEL, P. A., the
sum of $150.00 on or before June 15, 1979, as temporary attorneys
fees, and further

ORDERED that the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum

k of $95.00 per month beginning June 15, 1979, and continuing on a
like date each and every month thereafter during the pendency of

these proceedings, for the automobile payment due on the Wife's
Datsun automobile, and further
.ORDERED that the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum
F of $100.00 on or before June 12, 1979, to reimburse the Wife for
moving expenses, and further
