ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard on April 3, 1979 on the
Husband's Petition to Modify-the Final Judgment entered in this
cause and the Court having heard testimony of the respective
parties and argument of counsel on their behalf and being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the parties hereto, EUGENE TYNER, Husband and
JUDITH TYNER COTE, Wife, shall have•the joint custody of the
minor child, EUGENA RAE TYNER.
2. That each of the parties hereto shall have reasonable
rights of visitation with the minor child, EUGENA RAE TYNER, when
said minor child is exercising visitation rights with such parent

away from the other parent.

3. That the minor child, EUGENA RAE TYNER, shall be in

the custody and control of the Wife, JUDITH TYNER COTE, until July
15, 1979 at 12 o'clock noon. That said minor child, EUGENA RAE

TYNER, shall be in the custody of the Husband, EUGENE TYNER, from
noon on July 15, 1979 until noon on December 25, 1979. That the ;

minor child, EUGENA RAE TYNER, shall be in the custody of the Wife,

JUDITH TYNER COTE, from noon on December 25, 1979 until noon on

_ July 15, 1980. That thereafter custody shall alternate as above
set out in this paragraph.
4. That the Wife, JUDITH TYNER COTE, shall have the right

• to have the said minor child, EUGENA RAE TYNER, visit and be with _
her away from the residence of the Husband, EUGENE TYNER, every
