FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
' This cause came on for trial the 11th day of June, 1979
and the court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This court has jurisdiction over the parties f
i
and subject matter of this suit; and that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. The marriage between WILLIE G. McLYNDEN, Wife, and '
VINCENT R. McLYNDEN, Husband, be and. the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed-from the

bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. Custody of LONNIE RAY McLYNDEN, minor child of the parties,
is hereby .awarded to WILLIE G. ricLYNDEN with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to VINCENT R. McLYNDEN.

3. This court finding that personal service of process has

not been obtained upon the Husband VINCENT R. McLYNDEN, and that
it be in the best interest of the parties that this court retain
jurisdiction in this cause for entry of such orders regarding the
distribution of the joint property of, the parties as set forth in
the Petition, and for the award of alimony, and for the determining j
whether any restraining order between the parties be necessary,
this court reserves jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
