TNIS CAUSB cane on for hearing June 8, 1979, and the Court having coasidered
the evidence and testimony detera~inea that as of this date ARTHUR DAVI3 is in default
in the amount of $2,138.00, and a Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of MAMIB
DAVIS for the total arrearage sum of $2,138.00 for which let execution issue forthwith.
FURTHBR ORDERED that the Courts order of November 8, 1978, shall remain in force
and effect as to child support payments in the amount of $75.00 every two weeks with
the next payment due Friday, June 22, 1979.
Ordered, additional child support payments for arrearages is hereby dismissed
by the issuance of a Mrit of Execution.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of
such further orders as may be proper.
