Company, Inc.) , a New York Corporation, and I do further certify that the
name of said corporation was changed from "Socony Mobil Oil Company,
Inc . " to "Mobil 011 Corporation" by the filing on May 18 , 196 6 , of a
Certificate Qf Amendment of the Certificate of Incorporation of said cor-
poration in the office of the Secretary of State of the State of New York.
I do hereby further certify that copies of said Certificate of Amend-
ment, duly certified by the Secretary of State of the State of New York,
were on May 25, 1966, filed in the office of and accepted by the Secretary
