This cause came on to be heard-upon the Petition of DANIEL
EARL CHITWOOD, as guardian of the person and property of LOIS MYRA
~CHITWOOD, a/k/a MYRA E. CHITWOOD, an incompetent, to confirm a
Quit Claim Transfer that said guardian made of his ward's property
on the 7th day of August, 1972 to EDGAR A.HOLMES, SR, and ELLA A.
HOLMES, his wife, of real property located in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as follows:
Lot 9, Block "A", of ~~IEST END ADDITION
to the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof
- recorded in Plat Book 2, page 5, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

at and for no compensation but only as an accommodation to clear
the title to previously owned family property and upon the allegations
of the petition and the courts--bei erwise fully advised, it

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the guardian's transfer on the 7th
day of August, 1972 to EDGAR A. IIOLMES, SR. and ELLA A. HOLMES, his
