PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that:
THIS INDENTURE executed this. ~Srday of S V11/E , 1979
by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation
authorized to transact business in the State of Florida, with
its principal offices at 1111 South Bayshore Drive, Miami, Dade
County, Florida. herinafter referred to as General and GENERAL
DEVELOPMENT UTILITIES INC., a Florida corporation, with its
principal offices at 1111 South Bayshore Drive, Miami, Dade
County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as Utilities; s
WITNESSETH, that:
WHEREAS, General did heretofore cause to be recorded among
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, that certain
subdivision plat entitled "SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE UNIT FOURTEEN",
recorded in Plat Book 16 at Page 29 of the Public Records~of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, said recorded plat provides that there is reserved
"for installation and maintenance of public utilities and drainage
facilities a 20 foot strip along the Southerly lot line of Lot 8
flock 189 adjacent to a Drainage Right of Way"; and
WLiEREAS, General as subdivider and developer of all of the
lots in the aforementioned subdivision plat and Utilities as a
public utility, has determined that the aforementioned easement
reserved for the installation and maintenance of public utilities _
and drainage facilities is not required for such purpose; and

WHEREAS, General and Utilities have determined that it is
only necessary to reserve for installation and maintenance of
public utilities and drainage facilities a ten foot strip along
the said lot line abutting and adjacent to the Drainage Right of
Way;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, General
and~Utilities hereby declare that the afore-described utiltiy and
drainage easement be reduced from a twenty foot strip to a ten -
j foot strip along the said lot line abutting and adjacent to the
g Drainage Right of Way with respect to the Southerly lot line of
Lot 8, Block 189 and do hereby release the additional ten foot
strip from said easement.

~ IN WITNESS WHEREOF, General has caused these present to be
signed in its name by its duly authorized officers named below
and its corporate seal to be affixed the day and year above written.
