Before me personally appeared C. C. CRUMP and SAUL J. SACK
to me well known and known to be the individuals described in and
who executed the foregoing instrument as Senior Vice President and
Assistant Secretary respectively of the abovenamed General Develop-
ment Corporation, a. Delaware corporation duly authorized to tran-
sact business in the State of Florida, and severally acknowledged
to and before me that they executed such instrument as such officers
