This cause came on for trial this date and the Court,
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction-of the parties and

subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. The marriage between KAREN L. FENNEL and BILLY FENNELL

be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony

.heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.

~ 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. KAREN L. FENNELL be and she is
hereby authorized to assume her former name of KAREN L. HANSEN
a and to use the same in all respects as if the said marriage had
not intervened.

3. The Property Settlement Agreement and Addendum thereto
received in evidence is made a part of the Final Judgment as
though set out verbatim herein.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
