Ti:IS CAUSE came on for final nearing on the 13th day of
JUNE 1979, and the Wife having appeared witr.
counsel and a default having been entered against the Husband,
for failing to file or serve an answer or other pleading. And
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
yinds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relations between the

Husband and Wife now exists between the parties, tre equities
are with the Wife and against the Husband , and the Wife
is entitled to dissolution of~marriage.
~ It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGE as follows:
E 1. DISSOLUTION OF 1~iARRIAGE. The marriage between the Wife,

SHAWN DETRICK, and- the Husband,

TIMMY E. DETRICK be and the same is hereby dissolved, and t
the said parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
s the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from

the obligations arising therefrom. }
- 2, RESTORATION OF MAIDEN NAME. That the Wife's maiden name be ~
restored to SHAWN WAId{ER.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this case, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may ~
be proper.
