DISSOLUTION OF ZiARRIAGE
This cause came on for ,trial the 13th ~y of June, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and dtermines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that ,
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF I~.ARRIAGE. The marriage between BETTY
J. STAPLETON and HAROLD 41. STAPLETON, be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custod of ROBERT A:ICHAEL STAP T
y LE ON, minor
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to .BETTY J. STAPLETON,
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to HAROLD W. STAPLETON.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of 1979,
HAROLD W. TAPLETON shall paty to BETTY J. STAPLETON the sum
of $ V each and every week for the support of the child
named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to BETTY J. STAPLETON. In
addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory
costs to be added to each payc*ient made to the Clerk. All pay-
ments shall be Wade in cash,-money order or cashier's check.
