4. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby
enjoyned and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
annoying the other.
5. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of

services herein and HAROLD W. STAPLETON is ordered to pay
said attorney said sum together with costs herein assessed
at $51.00 (Filing fee $27.00 -.Summons service to Arcadia
$12.00 -Summons service to Starke $12.00).
6. JURSIDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further
orders as may be proper.
