KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Issde H. Knight and Lillie
D. Knight, his wife
dated November 24 t9 76 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 260 on page
1494 ,securing the payment of the sum of ---------TWELVE THOUSAND AND NO/100-----------
Dollars (512,000.00 )
covering property in the County of St. LUCie ,Florida, cloth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and loth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and-to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circus Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federal Savings and loan Associaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presents to be
subscribed in its corporate name by its Vice President
